What is naturopathic medicine?
Naturopathic medicine combines the science of conventional medicine with the time-proven wisdom of nature. Naturopathic medicine focuses on prevention of diseases, patient education, treating the whole person and treating the root cause through the use of conventional diagnostic tools and preferably non-pharmaceutical treatment modalities, such as diet and nutrition, botanicals, acupuncture, homeopathy, hydrotherapy and physical medicine. Pharmaceutical agents are prescribed only when they are necessary.
Naturopathic physicians are licensed to practice general family medicine in the state of Arizona. We work closely with other family doctors and specialists for the best interests of our patients.
